Will my item be exactly like it looks in the picture?
We try extremely hard to represent the garments perfectly when taking photos, showing you every detail and all the features. However please keep in mind different computers can have different settings, so it is possible that the colours, particularly neon tones may look slightly different in real life than on the screen.
How do I care for my garment?
Nothing lasts forever, but most things can last longer if you take care of them - and our garments are definitely no exception.
When it comes to washing our garments, please use cold-wash only on a gentle spin cycle. If you have a delicate garment, we recommend hand washing or using a lingerie bag if you put it through the washing machine.
Remember to take your clothes out of the washing machine immediately to avoid garments going stale and flat/hang dry in natural sunlight.
How do I make an order?
Great news, you are already halfway there! Simply select your favourite garments in your size and add them to your cart. Then follow our easy checkout process and soon you’ll be rockin’ it out in our awesome outfits!
I have multiple orders, can I please combine them?
Unfortunately, no. Our super ninja team endeavours to pick and pack your orders in the most efficient and fair way i.e. chronologically. And we get so many orders (especially during release time!) that we just don't have the capacity to do so.
I received a faulty order, what do I do?
Ahh…so this is awkward, but it doesn’t happen often we promise! The best thing to do is to email us straight away at email@example.com with pictures of the faults and we’ll do everything we can to turn that frown upside down.
Can I return a sale item if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
Sorry, unfortunately the answer is no :(
All sale items are final and can only be returned if they are faulty.
How can I pay?

Is it safe?
Yes, yes and yes! Black Coral uses Paypal Online Payment Gateway for all transactions which means there are heaps of super technical encryption codes and stuff in place so that your payment is secure and your details remain super-secret. For those smart cookies out there – Paypal is a Tier-1 PCI-DSS Certified Gateway with all transactions performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
How do I use my store credit?
Once you have logged in and have chosen your outfits, using your store credit will appear as an option upon checkout. Easy as 1, 2, 3!
How much will my customs fees be?
Good question! Since it varies for every country it’s best if you get in touch with your local customs office to find out BEFORE you purchase, just so there’s no nasty surprises and so you don’t think it’s us - it’s totally the government!
How do I use my gift voucher?
Oh girl, you lucky! Someone loves ya. Now how to claim your goodies:
Find the voucher code. Ps: It’s on the gift voucher next to ‘Voucher Code’
Proceed to the checkout with your fabulous new outfits
Make sure you put in the correct shipping details and keep going until you reach the payment screen.
When you select your payment method, select ‘Gift Voucher’ and a space will appear for you to enter your Voucher Code!
Skip the part where it says ‘Discount Code’. Why, you ask? Because you have a Voucher Code and they’re totally different.
Hit apply and you’ll be slayin’ in your new outfit in no time :)
Where is my order?
It's coming, we promise! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially after big releases and peak holiday seasons! Your patience is appreciated.
Once we ship your gear, it'll get there in about this long:
Domestic: 1-2 Business Days
International: Between 5-14 Business Days depending on where you live.

There are no available details when I try to track my order?
After we despatch your goodies, it may take 1-2 business days for your tracking details to be available online. Be sure to check your junk mailbox as sometimes emails can get lost in there.
If you don’t see any tracking details after 2 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Your autograph may be required. If it is and you aren't available when your amazing outfit is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick up.
How do I return an order?
Oh no, that blows! We are so sorry that you need to return a garment.
The good news is that we offer return for store credit within 14 days for domestic package delivery and 21 days for international package delivery.
Please refer to our Returns Page to ensure that you have meet our return conditions.
How do I exchange an order?
Unfortunately, we don’t do exchanges. So if you require a different size, colour or alternative garments please return your original garment as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the garments meet our return conditions.
Once we have your return and received your store credit, you can now use it to order a different size or any of our other products - Voilà!
When will I receive my store credit?
We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receiving them (don’t forget to include the time it takes for the garments to be delivered back to our warehouse). Once the return has been processed, store credit will appear in your account. Trust me, we have our fashion ninjas working as fast as possible, so please be patient. During high volume periods, especially around the holidays, this may take slightly longer and we apologise for the inconvenience.
If your tracking shows that the item has been delivered to our warehouse but the store credit hasn’t credited your account after 5 business days, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
