Black Coral wants you to be completely in love with your new garments, but we understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the garments on before buying.
If it doesn’t fit or you don’t love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!
For domestic orders, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of package delivery for full-priced items only.
For international orders, we offer returns for store credit within 21 days of package delivery for full-priced items only.
- In order for us to process your return we require the garment to be returned in its original condition. i.e. unworn, unwashed, unstained, un-perfumed, all tags attached and in its matching clear poly bag, so please be careful when trying on your garments.
- The following items are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons: Hair accessories, earrings, swimwear and intimates.
- As soon as you have completed your return form, please email this form to us first and we will confirm your return. This is to ensure that the returns meet policy.
- All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
- Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
- If you have received a faulty garment or the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com so we can make it right!
- We don’t offer exchanges, but we do offer store credit so you can repurchase the same item in the perfect size.
Once you have confirmed that the garment meets our return conditions, we strongly suggest using a trackable postage option for your return as it enables you to track you parcel.
Black Coral is not responsible for the cost of return shipping and is not responsible for any postage delays or returns lost by post.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receiving them, but during high volume periods, especially around the holidays, this may take slightly longer and we apologise for the inconvenience.

Please treat store credit like cash. It can only be used at www.blackcoralxo.com and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Store credit is provided in HKD and never expires!
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.

Here at Black Coral, we pride ourselves on quality control and our team does a thorough inspection of all garments before they are shipped to our customer because we want to you LOVE it!
We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to turn that frown upside down.
Black Coral will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
Unfortunately, we don’t do exchanges. So if you require a different size, colour or alternative garments please return your original garment as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the garments meet our return conditions above.
Once we have your return, we will issue you store credit, which you can use to order a different size or any of our other products - Voilà!
All sale items are final and can only be returned if they are faulty.Any sale items which are returned will not be accepted upon delivery and returned to sender.
