1/ Tell us a little bit about your background.

I’m a Lao-born Aussie! I grew up in the western suburbs of Sydney
- “Cabramatta” and now living in tropical Darwin.

2/ What inspired you to audition for My Kitchen Rules?

My mother! Cooking blind is one thing but being able to teach me
cooking blind is pure love.

3/ Now we know you are a mean cook, but what is your signature dish?

Loads! But I love to make Pad Kra Pao, Thom Khem,
Nam Khao and Larb Dip! Yum!

4/ How do you maintain self control with so many delicious goodies around you?

I can’t and most of the time I won’t. I love food but I’m lucky, my
body craves for not just junk food but good food that fuels the mind,
body and soul!

5/ We see you hit the gym regularly in your instagram stories, what is your workout routine?

Ahh it varies but cardio and upper body are my pet hates, but you need to work on your weaknesses.

I love a great butt and leg sesh too! I used to be a cross fitter but caused myself wayyyyy to many injuries. I’ll get back into it soon again though! Miss those workouts!

6/ We are a huge fan of your style. What is your favourite go to outfit?

Thank you and I adore your store! My favourite holiday pieces are from Black Coral!

My favourite go-tos living in tropical Darwin are anything light and linen. Pants or a shirt or a cute 2 piece set!

7/ Your are now a public figure, mum, creative director, influencer, digital coach, business owner,
chef. Did you ever imagine this when you were younger? What did you want to be when growing up?

I wanted to be a lawyer - and I still do! Haha you never know where
life will take you! I’m proud of all my titles though, I’ve worked hard
to get to where I am today and I’m still growing and becoming!

8/ What is still left on your bucket list of things to do and places to visit?

So many - but Paris, Iceland and Africa are at the top!!

9/ What is one piece of advice you would give little @msbbanks as she was growing up?

Hahaha this is a tough one. because I regret nothing.
